For each order placed as a "Private Customer", Best Italy Srls will issue a "purchase receipt" (equivalent to the receipt and therefore valid as a product warranty).

 

If you wish to receive an invoice as an alternative (for tax reasons), you must specify it by checking the "I want to receive invoice" box on the "Order confirmation" page (after completing the order) and entering the tax code / VAT number in the appropriate field .

 

For each order placed as a "Company" or "Individual / Professional company", to receive the invoice, simply fill in the appropriate fields in the registration form.

 

In any case, for the issuance of the tax document, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid.

 

Invoices will not be issued for customers who have not expressed the aforementioned request during the purchase, following the required procedures.

 

The paper tax documentation is inserted inside the package. It is also possible to download it online from the website through the "View my tax documents" section in your "Account" area.

 

The customer can, however, request a copy by completing the appropriate online form.

The fiscal documentation (purchase receipt and / or invoice) must be kept with care, representing the valid document for the product warranty.
